30-Day Return Window (United States)

US customers have 30 days from delivery date to return items for a full refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Europe)

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, EU customers have 14 days from receipt to return items for any reason. This cooling-off period ensures you can evaluate your purchase with confidence.

Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact our support team or use your account dashboard to start the return process
  • Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a return authorization number and instructions
  • Ship Items Back: Package items securely with the return authorization
  • Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping

  • US Returns: Free return shipping via our prepaid label for defective items or errors on our part. Customer-initiated returns incur a $7.99 return shipping fee (deducted from refund).
  • European Returns: Return shipping costs are covered for defective products. Customer preference returns require customers to arrange return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened:

 

  • Personal protective equipment
  • Hydration systems and water bottles (if opened)
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (if tags removed)

Damaged or Defective Items

Received damaged or defective products? We apologize! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange immediate replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
